I believe that every client is unique and never use a 'one size fits all' approach.
I use a range of evidence-based psychological theory and models to develop a plan for therapy that suits your individual needs, goals, and preferences, after completing a collaborative and comprehensive assessment of your needs.
I understand that starting your therapy journey can feel daunting, and we will explore the issues that have brought you to therapy at a pace that you feel comfortable with. I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients feel accepted for who they are, and our therapeutic relationship will be at the centre of our work.
I use high quality, comfortable and convenient rooms for face to face work. I recognise that the environment can play an important part in ensuring that clients feel at ease, and safe to share their thoughts and feelings. If you prefer, we can have our sessions online.
