I use a range of evidence-based psychological theory and models to develop a plan for therapy that suits your individual needs, goals, and preferences, after completing a collaborative and comprehensive assessment of your needs.

I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. We will explore the issues that have brought you here at a pace that you feel comfortable with. I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients feel accepted for who they are, with our therapeutic relationship at the centre of our work.

I use private, comfortable and convenient rooms for face to face work. I recognise that the environment can play an important part in ensuring that clients feel at ease, and safe to share their thoughts and feelings. If you prefer, we can have our sessions online.
